The staff at the hostel were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to resolve any issues. I had a hilarious encounter with one of the staff members when I mentioned the cleanliness of my room. They joked that the dust in my room could qualify as a national monument, comparing it to the Botanical Gardens of Pisa! We shared a laugh, and they immediately arranged for the room to be thoroughly cleaned.

I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration had a charming vintage touch, with beautiful antique furniture and tasteful artwork. The general areas, such as the lobby and the garden, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing ambiance. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people like myself, with comfortable seating areas and elevators available for easy navigation.
I would have appreciated if there were more organized activities or excursions specifically tailored for senior guests.
